Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of berries, wood, malt, and pink label. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, dust, dried fruits, as well as some raspberries, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy amber with a small and creamy off-white head. Heavy, heavy whiskey aroma. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, dry caramel notes, lots of wood here with an underlying tart and slightly salty edge. Not excessively hoppy but quite some alcohol burn in the finish. 241010

Bottle number 1 thanks to bu11zeye! Pours with a hazy amber body and a fading white head. Aroma of fusel, strong barrel notes, caramel and some nuts. Taste is nutty with barrel, vanilla, american whiskey, vinous and caramel. Quite a dry finish for such a beer. Creamy mouthfeel and light bubbles. Look out, there is a damn good brewer in Nebraska!
