Appearance: cloudy pale amber colour with a moderate ivory-coloured head of decent retention. Aroma: dried banana, overripe apples, malts, white bread, light caramel, distant clove. Taste: relatively dry, malty, fruity, bready, somewhat spicy. Banana, apples, hop. Light ending bitterness. Mouth feel: medium body, average carbonation. Overall: a surprisingly good Weizenbock.

Tap. Cloudy brownish yellow, yellowish foam. Aroma: banana, wheat, malt, a little clove and caramel. Taste: sweetish, pleasant yeast, caramel, banana, a little clove, a little sweetness, quite good.
