Taste: medium sweet, lots of malts. biscuit, caramel, toast. Grapefruit, candied mandarine. Spruce. medium plus bitterness. Mouth feel: full body, average carbonation. Summary: It's not quite enough the claimed double IPA, but it is a full-bodied and well-tasting red IPA.

Tap. Red-amber color, clear, yellowish foam. Aroma: grapefruit, caramel, fruity, candied fruit, pine needles, herbs. Taste: citrus, caramel, grapefruit, fruity, pine needles, a bit sweet, medium bitter, biscuits.
