Misty bronze colour. Decent head of being colour. Aroma: caramel, Belgian yeast, dried fruit, higher spirits, chocolate, peach, apricot and melon, some hop. Taste: moderately sweet, complex, perfectly balanced. Dark malt, dried fruit, esters, candied sugar, hop. Light plus ending hop bitterness. Palate: medium to full body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: very good.

Tap. Copper-bronze color, almost clear. Aroma: a lot of esters, pear and apple, wine, pleasant sweetness, caramel, toffee. Sweet taste, caramel, shortbread biscuits, toffee, wine, a little jam, soft and very good.
