Appearance: opaque deep brown with a moderate head of beige colour. Decent retention. Aroma: roasted, coffee and cream, dried fruit, caramel, esters. Smoked and salted hints. Taste: coffee with cream upfront. Further roast, esters, dried fruit, hops. Light to medium sweet and bitter. Mouth feel: medium plus body, smooth. Average to lively carbonation. Overall: a brew of higher mark.

Tap. Black brown color, creamy foam. Aroma: good, bread, pie crust, caramel, dried fruit, a little smoke. Taste: caramel, bready, prunes, slightly smoked, pies, light sweetness, good brew.
