Appearance: cloudy deep gold with a large white creamy head of perfect retention. Aroma: pear, overripe apricot, candy, malt, some yeast spiciness. Taste: moderately sweet, malty and fruity, spicy. Light booze. Light plus hop bitterness at finish. Mouth feel: full body, medium carbonation. Overall: very solid.
