Мы назвали наш сорт в честь главной улицы в Бостоне, столице Новой Англии. Невероятно ласковый вкус этого пива обеспечивает лактоза, а за яркий тропический аромат в ответе Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado и лупулиновая пыль Equinox на сухом охмелении, биотрансформированные специальным штаммом дрожжей.

Tap. Milky yellow, cloudy, white foam. Aroma: citrusy, fruity, juicy, lychee, gooseberry. Taste: fresh, juicy, citrus, fruity, soft, lychee and kiwi aroma, mild bitterness, very good.

Appearance: hazy yellow with a two finger tall white airy head of mediocre retention. Aroma: tropical fruit including pineapple and peach, citrus fruit, especially orange. Light dank. Taste: fruity with the profile described above, moderately juicy, medium sweet, light to medium bitter. Hoppy aftertaste Palate: medium body and carbonation. Overall: quite a reasonable NEIPA.
