Tap. Yellow and hazy, thin slightly creamy foam. Aroma: very strong passion fruit, fruity, mango loses. Taste: sour, but pleasant, passion fruit dominates, mango and yellow plum, pleasant sour ale.

Look: cloudy yellow colour with a one finger white head of low retention. Aroma: biscuit cookies, lactose, sour fruit. Taste: medium sour fruit resembling yellow plum, lactic notes, just a hint of cookies. Palate: light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. In general: a different and memorable sour ale.
