Sour taste, but with sweetness, bretts, caramel, prunes and cherries, wine, a little burnt, strong alcohol, pickle, homemade vinegar, unbalanced.

Pours intransparent deep brown with a small still long-living beige head. Aroma massive wild yeast, barnyard, dark malts, stone fruit, moderate vinegar. Palate: Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. Taste: complex, moderately sour, predominantly wild. Toasted malts, cherry liquor, vinous notes, faint chocolate, a hint of roast. Tart cherry stone ending. Very interesting. Not an everyone thing, though.
