Appearance: cloudy chestnut brown with a moderate ivory-coloured head of decent retention. Aroma: toasted malts and bread, caramel, rich dried banana, dried pears, other esters, vinous notes, subtle clove. Taste: light sweet, toasted and roasted malts and bread, rich, moderate banana, dried fruit, vinous, background clove. A shade of hop. Light plus ending bitterness. Palate: medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: a nice and complex, and tasty dark weizenbock.

Tap. Dark amber color, yellowish foam. Aroma: wheat, yeast, cloves, caramel, wine, dried fruits, dried banana, esters. Taste: wheat, malt, caramel, banana, figs and dried fruits, a little cloves, wine, very good.
