Appearance: foggy pale amber colour with a small white head of low retention. Aroma and taste: lactic acid, plum, light wild yeast and vinegar. Medium sour, light sweet. Palate: light to medium body and carbonation. Overall: not bad.

Tap. Amber color. Aroma: sour, yellow plum and homemade wine, a little wild, fruity. Taste: not very sour, a little bretts, a little lacto, sour plum, clean, fruity, a little wine, not bad.
