Appearance: Foggy deep gold to light amber liquid with a large and stable off-white head. Aroma: Spicy hop pellets, resin, needles, malt. Taste: Medium to heavy bitter, light to medium sweet. Biscuit, spicy, resin, earth, pine needles. Lingering bitter ending. Palate: Medium body and carbonation. Overall: A good pale ale with pronounced and interesting hop profile.
