Bottle. Dark amber color, yellow foam. Aroma: strong esters, acetone, caramelized pear baked with honey, candy, wine. Sweet taste, barrel, red wine, caramelized pear, Rioja red wine, strong, but good.

Look: foggy deep brown, ruby highlights, small ivory-coloured head of low retention. Aroma: caramel, candy, nuts, alcohol, dried fruit. Taste: moderately sweet, toffee, caramel, candy, dried fruit, walnut, warming alcohol. Palate: medium to full body, soft to avarage carbonation. Overall: Lacking Belgian yeast profile.
