Appearance: Cloudy yellow to orange, proper head. Aroma: Banana, wheat bread, overripe apples, clove and companion phenolic notes. Taste: Light sweet, fruity and bready, spicy. Good banana. Overripe apples. Clove with some less welcome phenolic notes. Distant hop. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Smooth and fresh, well tasting. A bit over the top with phenols Im afraid.

Tap. Orange, cloudy, yellow foam. Aroma: banana, a little sweet, light spice and yeast, wheat, pastries. Taste: dense, banana, wheat, slightly sweet, bold, cloves, soft and good.
