Appearance: opaque deep brown with a small ivory-coloured head of decent retention. Aroma: coffee, roased malts, brown bread, toasted shades. Taste: medium dry to light sweet, massive roast, coffee, additional toast and bread, distant dried fruit, light to medium bitterness. Medium long hoppy ending. Palate: medium minus body, lively carbonation. Generally: a good American porter that is another improvement for Bierstaat.

Tap. Dark brown color, creamy foam. Aroma: sweet, muffins and biscuit, chocolate, coffee, caramel, a little wine. Tastes: dark malts, a little coffee, a little bit of dark chocolate, wine, dried fruit, not bad.
