Look: muddy deep brown with a small head of beige colour. Aroma: dark malts, cinnamon, almonds, higher spirits. Tonka? Maybe as well. Taste: medium sweet, toast, caramel, chocolate, brandy, cinnamon, no bitterness. Palate: medium to full body. Soft carbonation. Overall: a sweet dessert imperial stout with solid body and controversial balance.

Tap. Dark brown color. Aroma: tonka beans, vanilla, cinnamon, soap, caramel and chocolate. Sweet taste, candy, caramel, cookies, chocolate, almonds, cinnamon and vanilla, a little brandy.
