Bottle. Clear yellow golden, medium white head, ok lasting. Mild nose, very faint grasy notes, some biscuits. Medium bitterness, herbal, spicy. Lasting aftertaste. Light body. Ok.

Tap at the brewpub. Nose is citrus, orange. Palate is butter, Orange, some wheat. It's a pils. Nothing more

Had this as Das grosse Pils. Thanks to Mariusz! Bottle looks interesting. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, light hoppy background. A bit metallically, but still okay. Well balanced finish. Not bad!

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit durchschnittler Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig herb, grasig, getreidig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimaler würziger Abgang.

(bottle, 50cl, as Das Grosse Pils) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and loose foamy head. Mildly grainy malty aroma with notes of spicy herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Shy grainy malty and delicately chalky taste with a present but als slightly rough herbal hoppy bite; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish with herbal and slightly grassy accents. Not perfectly balanced but surely drinkable though. 11.XII.12

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, white head. Grainy aroma with bitter hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, grainy, slightly grassy, bitter hoppy overtones.

Weicher, dann trocken herber Beginn mit hintergründiger Würzigkeit. Trockener, hopfig angehauchter Mittelteil, ab dem das Bier bitterer wird. Zum Ende entsprechend angenehm bitter, leicht grasig, rund. OK. 9/8/7/8/7/8
