Bottle. Brown with garnet color. Aroma: rich, strong and alcoholic, port wine, bread, sherry, dried fruits, raisins, brandy. Taste: bready port wine, sherry, figs, very wine, soft, caramel, dried fruits, very good.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 7.5
Pours deep brown, intransparent. Small ivory-coloured head. Good retention. Nose: dark malts, obvious rye 'Borodinsky' bread, dried fruit, vinous notes. Similar taste. Warming alcohol. Barleywine? Not sure. Good beer? Surely.
