Hazy amber with a large off-white head of good retention. Aroma: malt, caramel, vinagar, pear, mushrooms. Light farmhouse notes. Taste: light sweet and sour. Caramel, vinegar, autumn leaves. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average carbonation. Overall: strange. Not my kind of farmhouse beer.

Bottle. Orange color, a little yellowish foam. Aroma: spices and phenols, apple, malt, cloves and star anise, honey. Taste: malt and spicy, light acidity, increased carbonation, pear and apple, a little cider, anise.
