Tap. Black, opaque, brown foam. Very good aroma: barrel, sweet, chocolate, maple syrup, coffee, dried fruits, brandy and sweet sherry, dessert. Taste: chocolate cake with maple syrup, coffee, soaked in brandy, caramel, dried fruits, oak, very good.
