Foggy chestnut brown pour with a tall creamy head of beige colour. Nose: dried fruit, caramel, fruit esters. toffee. Medium body. Average carbonation. Taste: medium dry, malty. Dried fruit, toast, brown bread, unwelcome phenolic hints. Hardly any sign of barrel aging. Low to light bitterness. Smells better than it tastes.
