Opaque deep brown. Moderate dense beige head. Nose: smoked cheese, dark malts, vinous, slightly peppery. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Taste: moderately sweet, malty, smoked, dried fruit. Warming ending. Not much pepper. Tasty and complex beer.

Tap. Brown with reddish color, yellow foam. Good aroma: smoked, but with pepper, caramel, smoked cheese. Smoked taste, malt, smoked on beech, slightly smoked bacon and cheese, fat, light sweetness, chili frankly not enough.
