Appearance: Cloudy chestnut brown with a small ivory-coloured ead of low retention. Aroma: esters delivering prunes, nail polish, higher spirits. Toast, caramel, brown bread. Taste: Medium sweet, malty, estery. Toast, bread, caramel, prunes, dried pears, nail polish, warming alcohol. A hint of hop. Low to light bitterness. Mouth feel: Full body, soft carbonation. Overall: Pretty pleasant. Good slow sipper. No real quad complexity. Not much Belgian yeast character.

Bottle. Amber, foggy, almost no foam,. Aroma: sweet, a little wild fruit, young port wine, a little plum, wine, berries. Taste: sweet, lollipops, plum wine, dried fruits a little, unbalanced, too young.
