Draft - Fruity dark malts with some cinnamon and raisin notes. Murky copper with a decent white head. Apple, light cinnamon and light malts. Very sweet and light with lots of spice.

Draught at Dirck the Norseman. Hazy dark amber with small foamy beige head, light caramel aroma, medium carbonation, slightly sweet caramel taste, medium finish with toffee aftertaste. A delicious beer!

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and slight breadish. Toasted malty and dry. Herbal and bitter finish.

Dirck the Norseman, Brooklyn tap: Pours dark brown with an off-white head. Aroma was light banana, spice, bubblegum, and a bit of roast. Taste is slightly sweet. Nice fruity flavors throughout. It was pretty mellow, but pretty good, I would say.

Mild-würzig, leicht karamellig. Der Hauptteil ist malzig und weich, nicht zu süß, kaum Herbe spürbar. Leicht malzig-röstig im Nachgeschmack mit einer weichen Weizen-Note. Keinerlei Banane, Nelke nur ganz dezent.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, würzig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, würzig, Röstmalz.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Mild roasty notes, fruity hints of plum. Mild dry background. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Week fruity esters and caramel and slightly metallic. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.
