Cask (handpump) @ NWAF 10, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, orange, prune, light alcohol. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, peat - smoke plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100122]

Cask. Hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Nutty aroma with evident alcohol. Full-bodied, nutty but completely dominated by fat Bamberg smoke - very unusual. Alcohol and some hops in the finish. 220110
