Tap. Cloudy honey to amber colour. Tall off-white head. Good retention. Nose: pale malts, spicy notes, mint. Medium minus body. Taste: clean malts, spicy yeast & adjuncts. Medium dry to light sweet. Mint. Low to light bitterness. Enjoyable stuff, even if not matching what a conventiinal saison is.

Tap. Hazy dark orange, a little yellowish foam. Aroma: spicy, fruity and herbaceous, malt, brine, yeast. Taste: yeast, malt, medium hop bitterness, brine, spicy, grassy.
