Tap. Pleasant reddish-dark color, yellowish foam. Aroma: fortified wine, jam from orange peel, sweet, caramel, candied fruits, esters. Taste: marshmallow, jam, citrus, candied fruits and rum, slightly bitter, orange liquor.
