Tap. Fogged milky yellow color, white foam. Aroma: lactic acid, lemon, light fruit. Tastes: moderately sour, yogurt, whey, lemon, refreshing, drinkable.

Tap. Hazy yellow, dense white head. Nose: lemon, lactic notes, fruit, ascorbic acid. Similar taste. Very clean. Tart ending. Good
