Cask. A golden beer with no head. The aroma is dominated by butter. The falvor is sweet with notes of butter and straw, leading to a dry buttery finish.

Cask (gravity) @ Crescent, 18-21 The Crescent, Salford, Greater Manchester England M5 4PF.Clear medium orange amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - roasted, toffee, butter notes, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20100121]

Cask. Clear amber golden with hardly any head. Distincly buttery nose with some caramel also. Medium body, close to flat, distinct caramel accents, a little citrus and a fairly hoppy finish. 210110
