Hazy golden, white head with some lacing. Really nice sweet and tart and grassy aroma, with a unique aromatic herb note. It doesn't really smell like thyme - the sugars make it feel more like lemongrass, I think. The taste follows the aroma - starts with some candy/fortified wine sweetness, light grassy/herbal note, sharp carbonation and a nice soft herbal bitter/astringent finish that does not seem to have any hop at all. In the end, it's hard to describe, as like many other Baladin beers, it has quite a unique flavour profile.
