Bomber from Letspour. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of corn, toasted grain, honey and a mild herbal hoppiness. The taste is toasted grain, corn, honey, grassy finish. Medium bodied, crisp, well balanced. Excellent cream ale.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a white head. Aromas are clean, bready, grassy with mild DMS. Flavors are sweet, floral, bready, corn bread with a hoppy and slightly fruity finish. Really good for the style (one of my favorites). Lively bubbles, light and dry.

Very clear orange-golden beer, metallic, with no head left but a white rim. Rainwater nose, garden herbs, moss. Rainwater, grains and pale malts - dull. Very watery body, if with a creamy texture. Oh well... then again, my sample was probably not in the best of condition.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear yellow-gold color with a medium frothy white head that dissipates steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit and bready malt. Light body with flavors of mild hops, sweet malt and fruit. Touches of corn as well. The finish is lightly hopped with a grainy malt aftertaste. Tasty Cream Ale overall.

10th October 2008. GABF. Clear gold beer. Lagerish but with a softer palate. This beer is all about the finish - sweet cream with a touch of hop. Not bad.
