Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a two-finger, white head leaving lacings. The aroma has a touch of elderflower, as well as fruityness and pale matls. Reading the commercial description I feel the mint as well. The flavor is a bit too mellow, with the elderflower being most evident. Some mint towards the else grainy and fruity finish. Medium body. Well, I guess that a properly chilled bottle will be pleasant in the spring time, maybe on the restaurant by the sea just across the street from the brewery, but on the other hand it’s just a regular pale ale with a twist. 110421

50cl bottle clear yellow, small white head. dry, slightly citrussy hoppy mild aroma. flavor is macrobitter, slightly citrussy soursih hoppy. pretty boring beer, with somewhat misplaced citrussy and flowery notes from elderflower. i don’t really like this one.
