Can 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a white head. Nose has malt, caramel and some booze. Medium body, fairly sweet malts and caramel again. Carbonation is rather soft making this extremely easy to drink. Very subdued hops. 170910

Pours with sponge-like head and that golden colour you know has been created by just too much syrup. Aroma is of corn-soda-sprite and a slight hint of alcohol. Taste is all heavy syrup, malt and wood. Very bitter finish. Another "strong lager" that you need to hold your nose while drinking.

Can from Cannes. Heh. Poured a golden body with a medium sized thick white head. Sweet grainy malty nose, a bit oily and carrying notes of alcohol. Alcoholic, bites the tongue, some sweet maltiness, oily. The alcohol is way too prominent in the end. Hmph, what could be expected from a supermarket lager from Saverne.
