Tap. Foggy, reddish-amber color. Aroma: fruity, a little vanilla, home-made vinegar, pear, floral. Taste: sweet and sour, vanilla, homemade wine, sour yellow plum, light tartness, strawberry, light carbo.

Tap. Hazy amber, moderate off-white head. Low retention. Soursweet aroma with notes of candy, lollypop, dried fruit, fruity acidity of apples & pears. Minimal vinegar. Light to medium body. Velvety oily palate. The flavour is trending towards the sour side. Refreshing fruity acidy. Grapes, champagne, apples. Light spicy bitterness on ending. Very pleasant, clean and different.
