On tap. Almost black, coffee foam. Aroma: roasted and burnt malts, caramel, a little coffee, prunes, wine. Taste: malty, caramel, roasted, port wine, prunes, sweet, velvety, slightly toffee and vanilla, a good balance.

Deep brown to black, moderate tan head. Lacing present. Nose of roast, floral hop, medicine (firstly), earth. Fullbodied. Creamy texture. Rather sweet taste. Dry fruit, vinous, minimal coffee. Light bitterness. Good but a bit underhopped.
