On tap. Amber color, white and fine foam. Aroma: slightly smoked with esters, malt, a little wine, fruit. Taste malty, bubbly, fruity, wine, smoked, with noticeable hop bitterness, a little unbalanced.

On tap. Tan to brown colour, opaque, rocky off-white head. Retention above average. Nose of smoke, bacon, yeast, some wine. Medium body. Oily texture. Rich malty taste with only a hint of smoke. Vinous, toasty, notable hop bitterness. Well balanced. Well rounded mouthfeel. Grassy hops in ending. Not a classic but a good one.
