Tap. Copper colour, opaque. Rocky frothy off-white head. The aroma is tropical fruit with phenolic acidity. Infected? Light to medium body. Thin to oily texture. Lots of caramel, earthy & grapefruit hops on nose. A sour phenolic note spoiling the picture again. Medium to heavy bitterness. Hoppy medium long finish. Bitter aftertaste.

Draft. Pale amber color, good white foam. Aroma: tropical fruit, passion fruit and a little peach, citrus, nice and gently. Taste: slight sweetness of malt, citrus, grapefruit, fruity, good hop bitterness with pine resin.
