Bottle thanks to Josh. Pours a hazy deep amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has nice tart blackberry note with a very musty funk note and a hint of wet wood. Flavor is much more musty with wet wood and earthiness with a bit of thin tartness.

Cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of berry, fruit and wood. Dry and tart blackberry dominated flavour with wood and tannin and funk complexity. Impressive true lambik

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours cloudy amber/orange with floaties and a small white head. Nose is dry and tart berries. Berries, brett and barnyard. Dry, bretty and tart berry flavor. Quite drinkable - though a bit unrefined.

Bottle 750ml.Hazy medium red orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy yeasty, cheese and cheese, blackberry - berries. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration, berries, wood - leather notes, moderate to heavy aceton - vinegar (to much for me). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100912]

Hazy amber with a huge beige head. Aroma had horseblanket, lacto, brett, Heinz ketchub and blackberries. Flavor was sour with black berries, horseblanket, Heinz, horseblanket, wood and leather. Finished sour. I could easily drink a pint of this. Nice.

Bottled. An unclear dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, black berries, lacto, and vinegar. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, wood, lacto, malt, vinegar, and some caramel, leading to a tart finish.

cloudy orange, smooth offwhite slightly pinkish head. aroma is nicely fruity, faint sour, berries. flavor is fruity, bitter, bretty, sour.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours a cloudy amber with a dense off-white head. The nose is wood and acetone. Medium body, tart fruity accents with some rough and very dry sulphur accents. Tart and astringent leathery finish. Starts off pretty good but ends a little messy. 120910

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is acidic and cheesy, light fruity. Sweet berry fruity. Mild citric. Dry and mild acidic into a lingering fruity finish. Smooth lingering and fruity finish.
