Cantillon Groseille Lambic is a red currant lambic bottled exclusively for One Pint Pub in Helsinki, Finland. It is 5% ABV and was released in 37,5cl bottles. According to Jean Van Roy, the berries were added with partial stems, to bring forward the sourness in the fruit and the bitterness from the stem.
Groseille Lambic was released three times ( 2002, 2003, 2004 ) . It is no longer available for onsite consumption at the pub.
