Bottled. Hazy golden colour with mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is citrus, hops, vanilla and spices along with some yeast. Flavour is citrus, spices, yeast some flowery hops. It gets better when as it warms up. Dryish hops in finish. Nice thing.

(Bottle 33 cl) Very unclear, pale almost greyish colour. Huge, dense and very pretty head. Has some of the same perfumy notes as found in most witbiers - must be the coriander - with some vague, underlying tartness. According to my label this also contains oats - unmalted? 080998

Bottle Pale, yellow body. White, frothy head. Fully diminishing. Spare lace. Hops and yoghurt in the nose. Moderately bitter initial flavour. Heavily bitter finish. Way too alcoholic. Fully bodied, like it has a much higher ABV.

(I’m pretty sure this beer is brewed at Van Steenberge, not in Wetteren) Pale yellow - orange; very creamy snow-white head, collapsing. Fresh plantshoots (luzerne,...) nose, white candi sugar - and (I’m sorry!) pickles. Roasted caramel taste, liquorice, lots of malt, pale and cookie. Some sweetness, just a touch of acidity from the heavy carbonation. Retronasal there’s some burnt malt bitterness. Dry, (typical candi-sugar dryness), bit of "cobwebs", as they’re called here. Medium bodied. Not a bad beer. Just another Belgian "strong" ale, nothing outrageous. And THAT’s what I want...

An unclear orange beer with a fine white head. Both the aroma and the flavor is sweet and spicy - I can’t tell which spices.

Hazy blonde with a white and foamy head. Spicey coriander raroma with oranges overtones. Warm alcohol in attack , almost like grappa, with sharp hops. Medium bodied. Merci èa MT.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, rich head. Aroma of honey and coriander. Sweet with rich, soft maltiness. Notes of toffee, grassy salty finish.
