Winner of the Falstaff Biertrophy 2025 - Best Beer in Austria 🥇
November 2024 blend of our magnificent Wolgor
The wait is over ladies and gents - a spanking new blend of Wolgor has finally arrived. They say that great things take time, but are worth every moment of waiting. When we cracked open the barrels after a long long wait, and have tasted the new batch, we have to say that we agree completely. This beer is pure poetry in a bottle, definitely one of the best we’ve ever brewed.
Creamy, chocolate, roast, dry fruits, vanilla, coconut, oak, bourbon, rich, big, round, crazy are just a few words to describe this beer. Devilishly delicious and deceivingly smooth.

A black beer, no head. Aroma of roasted dark malt, bourbon, vanilla, coffee. Taste of bourbon, vanilla, mid sweet dark malt, creamy mouthfeel, boozy finish.

Bottle from the brewery. Diesel oil black, tiny beige head, not lasting. Gentle nose, mostly wood and biscuits. Some chocolate, nuts and roastiness with some whisky notes. Medium bitterness, some minimal sweetness. Woody feeling and slight roastiness. A bit of tart blackcurrant. >complex and slight warmth in there. Gentle aftertaste. Fuller and silky body. Lovely.
