Because 17th of May is the most special day of the year, we are releasing our most special beer thus far. We took one of our favorite beers, the One Night in Belgium, and aged it for six months in an Italian Cabernet Sauvignon barrel. During this aging time we inoculated it with brett and allowed it to mellow. This aging brings out a powerful fruity aroma, and really brings out the fruitiness of the malts. This is a limited release beer. HIPP HIPP HURRA FOR NORWAY!! CONGRATULATIONS ON THE DAY!!
