Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Sweet malty nose. Medium body, sweet clean malts. Rather subdued bitterness. Pleasant and drinkable. 110910

Bottle, 6.0%. Citric, grainy aroma. Clear golden colour, small white head. The flavour is nice and malty, good alcohol level, hint of paper. Good mouthfeel.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Light spiced and towards grainy aroma. Flavour is dry grainy with a light acidic touch and a mild bitterness following. Light alcohol presence into the finish.

Schraubverschlußflasche: Golden coloured, honeyish, bisquity nose with a touch of hops in the second row; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, astonishingly light-bodied for a brew of 6.0%; biquity-sweetish finish, balanced by a light, aromatic bitterness. Not bad at all.........

(screw cap bottle) Clear, golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Sweet, bready and slightly cara-malty nose. Medium sweet flavour, malt-accented, bready and slightly honey-fruity taste with soft herbal notes; medium-dry, moderately sweet finish with a light balancing bitterness. Not a great, but drinkable kind of GDR-Bock.
