Possmanns Prickelnder Rauscher ist ein frühes Produkt der Apfelweinherstellung. Eine Saisonspezialität, die es nur während und kurz nach der Apfelernte gibt. Wir verwenden dabei ausschließlich Äpfel von hessischen Streuobstwiesen. Prickelnder Rauscher ist ein Produkt zwischen frisch gekeltertem Apfelsaft und durchgegorenen Apfelwein. Ein erfrischender »Rauscher«, der noch die Süsse des Apfels hat aber gleichzeitig auch schon 2,5% Alkohol. Ein prickelndes Geschmackserlebnis.

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy white head. Sweet and ripe apples. A bit of tartness. Easy . . Ok drinkable.

Bottle 100cl.Unclear medium grey yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, fudge - toffee, sweet apple juice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, light yeasty, light baking yeast. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100911]

1 L bottle. Pours hazy to murky yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild acidic, butterish and apple fruity. Sweet, citric and medium sulphorish. Ends citric and medium sweet.
