We always try to do something special for our anniversary, and this beer is just that. It’s no secret that Trillium has been brewing some of the best beers in the world since their inception and that they changed the local beer culture forever when they opened their doors. We’ve been drinking their beer since the Fort Point days, so we’re stoked to be able to create something together.

We brewed this beer with a blend of 2-row, malted oats, wheat, and Rye hay from the Trillium farm, and hopped it with Citra on the hotside. From there, we fermented with our house yeast and hit it with a massive dry hop of Citra, Waimea, and Nelson. Tasting notes of freshly squeezed orange juice, passionfruit, peaches and cream, and a hint of mango.
