This year's offering is a blend of beer fermented with yeast captured from Delaware grapes, and Delaware wine pressed and fermented during the 2021 harvest season. This hybrid spent many months in neutral French oak before being racked onto Delaware grape skins for added texture and complexity.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clearish gold. White grape, vanilla, peach, lemon, tart white wine vinegar. Medium body. Nice.
