Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours clear light golden with a off white bubbly head. Sweet honey, caramel and spices. Hmmhh . . Not bad!

Bottle 375ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey, alcohol, licorice - anis notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, anis. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel light to moderate alchoholic. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, flowers, nectar, spicy. Flavor is heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy, flowery, honey, nectar, dry. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20110428] 8-2-8-4-15

Clear golden. Sweet and floral nose with plenty of honey. Flavor had loads of honey, floral and fruity notes. Finished sweet.

37.5 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden deep yellow with no head. Aroma is pollen, honey and herbal. Sweet, herbal and honey flavoured. Slight menthol note(!?!) Sweet and herbal finish.

Bottled. A golden mead with no head. The aroma has notes honey and wax. The flavor is sweet with honey, wax, and spices, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.
