Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, anis. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel light to moderate alchoholic. Clear golden. Sweet and floral nose with plenty of honey. Flavor had loads of honey, floral and fruity notes. Finished sweet.

37.5 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden deep yellow with no head. Aroma is pollen, honey and herbal. Sweet, herbal and honey flavoured. Slight menthol note(!?!) Sweet and herbal finish.

Bottled. A golden mead with no head. The aroma has notes honey and wax. The flavor is sweet with honey, wax, and spices, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.
