Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours clear golden with a small off white bubbly head. Sweet and ripe apples. Dry and sweet flavor with a bit of tartness. Good and drinkable.

Bottle 750ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100911]

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild butterish and crisp apples. Sweet and slight citric. Vague sulphorish note. Sweet and citric finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Sweet apple aroma - very sweet. Light body, sugary apple accents and nothing much more. Pleasant but a bit over the top considering sweetness. 110910
