Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is malt, minerals, and straw, leading to a bitter flowery finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, Brasserie Federal, Zurich, Wot no Muesli ? Hazy straw colour with a very thin white head. Some hop in the aroma. Fruity tang to the flavour - citrus/apricot with a hint of peppery spice. Dryish finish. Staff pretty clueless in here, guy i asked for a recommendation on a great swiss beer didn’t drink !
