Bottle. Vibrant cloudy amber beer with a very strong frothy white head. The aroma is hopped and fruity with orange peel, and the flavour is deeply bitter and hopped with a touch of fruity grapefruit but without the citrusness. Overall a nice beer, too complicate for my palate to distinguish all the flavours though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear Amber pour with a frothy white head, aroma has ice lemon tea along a hint of grapefruit, taste has green tea, light lemon, spice, very crisp, nice.

330ml bottle. Orange golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of floral fruity, earl grey tea, orange & mango. Taste is malt, caramel, grain with juicy fruits, fragrant earl grey tea notes and lingering tangy spicy earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Keg @ Birmingham Beer Bash 2015. Pours hazy gold with lively white head. Grainy cereal, vanilla and a sweet spiciness. Didn’t know it was earl grey they used til afterwards. Alright but the spiciness doesn’t gel too brilliantly for me.

Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is yeast, orange citrus, light floral. The flavour is light bitter with a smooth, crisp, citrus hop palate. The tea is definitely there too, with some chocolate mint notes all the way through. Very unusual and very refreshing.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - amber with a nice head. Nose - citrus with a light bergamot note. Taste - the bergamot is more pronounced. Citrus through the middle then more earl grey on the finish. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a nice dry finish, though the bergamot makes it a bit soapy. Overall - not sure this particular combination of hops and tea worked for me. Tea too dominant.

[backlog] 06-04-15 / 330ml bottle bought at South Melbourne Market. My first beer after 2015 spring fasting. Nice bitterness, tea leaves in the finish. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. So my rating sometimes lack some information. Just ignore it, it is for my personal statistics. From the bottle, thanks Jonathan! Dark orange color with small head. Bready malts, floral hops, also a bit of citrus fruitiness, a bit of spiciness. Taste is bready malts and tea. Smooth mouthfeel, tea finish, bitterness. A nice tea aftertaste. Spiciness, floral. This is very different, and nice!

Tap. Friends of Ham, Leeds. Hazy amber. Thin, persistent, white head. Floral, herby hop. Bready malts. Light funk. Taste is dry, with a lemon sharpness. Lots of body. Finishes dry, funky, and soft bitter.
